Best massage in Heidelberg!
The entrance is a bit off-putting (a small sign and doorbell at the entrance to a grand old house) but once you go down into the basement everything is well lit, very clean and attractively decorated.
Both the masseurs are very good, although I prefer Helena, and speak excellent German. Lucky, I'm told, also speaks English.
There are 2 massage rooms and a bathroom with a spotless shower.
You can now book on the website or, if you phone, they will call you back. One of the things I like is that they don't stop the massage if someone calls or rings the bell but it means that they usually don't answer telephone calls and there is no answering machine. They are very busy so it is best to make an appointment in advance. We were half an hour late, but the service is top tier and she really hit the spot where all my knot on my back had to be released !!! 10/10 very recommended! Love the orange with chocolate on top too ☺️☺️
I was visiting Heidelberg on vacation and Massage Royal took me as a last minute appointment very kindly. Justyna provided a very relaxing but strong massage which was just what I was looking for. She was professional, kind and skilled to work with. I will return if visiting Heidelberg again. Thank you!

Great massage place that I have been visiting for a couple of years now. Clean & calming ambience and very friendly staff. One of the best in Heidelberg. Awesome customer service...highly recommend!
On a trip to Heidelberg, I booked a last minute massage with Alexandra after experience horrific back pain due to my scoliosis. She was amazing. I felt totally heard... she found all of the areas that were tight and focused on them. She is an incredibly intuitive massage therapist, and I wish I lived in Heidelberg so I could continue going back to her. Thank you, Alexandra!
Amazing! The best massage I have had in Heidelberg. Svetlana was my therapist and not only was her customer service great but I left feeling completely relaxed. They have made sure everything here is top notch, clean and relaxing. I can't recommend them enough.

I had a 90 minute sports massage with Josuf (I think this was his name). It was a very good massage, with the perfect firmness. I told him that I was experiencing hip pain, and I appreciated that he focused a lot of time on my lower back and hips. This was my second time here, a…Weitere Bewertungen

This was my second time here, and no complaints other than the fact that they use a LOT of oil, and I had to ask for a towel to wipe it all off at the end (I think if you use that much oil, a towel should be automatically provided).
It's such a minor complaint, though, and I will definitely be back again. My experience in this place was amazing thanks to Lucky. I was stressing a lot because of the nonstop home office but after having an anti-stress massage with hot stones I felt refreshed. I already visited several spa places in Heidelberg and I can say that the royal's massage is the best. It is quite pricey, but if you really love yourself just make a present for yourself and enjoy your time at the Royals.
Alexandra was great ♥️ i went there with neck and back pain, she gave so much effort to release it during 1 hour. I felt like reborn after the massage. Definetely will be back. Thanks a lot

Highly recommend. Traveling with a sports team from out of country and got a massage by Helena. I'm pretty picky about my massages as I am also a massage therapist and I have to say Helena did an outstanding massage. Great mixture of relaxing and deep. As I don't speak German, and she does not speak English, I believe the owner, Lucky, did a great job following up with my email to make sure what I wanted to get accomplished in my session, she would make sure Helena was aware so there was no language barrier. Great session! Great service, great atmosphere. Thank you Massage Royal for that great experience.Felt so light after my massage with Lucky. She has so much patience and grace. My brain was fried when I arrived, and my body still recovering from surgery. When I left I was walking on air. The vibe is professional, peaceful and clean.
Really great experience! I would highly recommend all expecting mums to offer themselves the Pregnancy Massage: The care given is amazing and the relaxed sensation afterwards is incredible.
Alexandra was amazing. I've never had such a fantastic sport massage. Her English was great and the salon was very responsive and helpful with my last-minute appointment.
Had a 60 min pregnancy massage with Helena which was absolutely fantastic. Just enough pressure, perfect atmosphere, comfortable positioning, even hot wash cloth at the end as extra bonus. Perfectly enjoyable 60 min. Can highly recommend!!
Just had a 60 minute massage with Angelika and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. The place is located in the basement of a building in a chic neighborhood and you feel like you're being transported to an oasis. Very lovely experience.
